NOA is a Community Association based in North Oxford.
We are a registered charity with membership open to all.

How it all began
The Association's inaugural meeting was held in 1966. What the community wanted most was a building where people could meet and socialise and a neighbourhood swimming pool.
At first the founding members had neither a building nor a swimming pool to offer, but they did have the determination to provide what was needed. NOA has been serving the community for over 50 years. Find out more at NOA's History.
